you can do it! I weigh almost 400 pounds and can only walk for 1/2 mile at the most right now and that takes me about 30 mins to do so you will get there....I know you can do it!!!!!! I will work hard on getting to that 3 mile mark by the Trick or treat trott virtual 5k.

When I first started 3 months ago I could barely walk for 30 minutes and now Im up to 90 minutes twice a day. One foor in front of the other. Good luck

Hello everyone...
I used to walk all the time, I could go for over an hour, but because of some serious health problems, I can barely walk for 5 minutes with out a serious problem, but I am looking forward to this program as I am sure I can get my health back with it..
I just have to take it one step at a time is all :-)
