Hi team! I'm...gonna do it. I know I can walk a 5K--I walk pretty regularly anyway. But I've never consciously said "I'm going to walk 5K." What I'd really like is to work my way up to jogging and (eventually!) running a 5K. Scary, eh? I'm so exited. :)
So I struggle with jogging, and running is pretty much out of the question at this point. But I figured I would start with the walking program and work my way up. I can do this, right? I can run a 5K if I stick with it.
I just need to stick with it.
