Hi I have signed up for the race 5k Your Way Walking Program. I started it last Saturday 7 / 16 / 11 and have been following the program ever since. I'm doing it indoors on my treadmill because I have to stay out of the sun. . This will be third time doing it. I'm also doing the 5k walk/ jog challenge which I enjoy. Looking forward to making it to the end of the challenge!

Uhhhhh...signed up yesterday with the 5K Walk/Jog...fell and got a nasty roadrash on right forearm/elbow, a little on both knees. Decided to change to the 5K Walking Program. Walked 4 miles in 70 minutes today. Signed up for my first virtual race and posted my stats for today...@ 18 min/mile I completed the 5K in 55 min. 8 seconds. I'll try to improve on that time during this week.
