Hi I have signed up for the race 5k Your Way Walking Program. I started it last Saturday 7 / 16 / 11 and have been following the program ever since. I'm doing it indoors on my treadmill because I have to stay out of the sun.
. This will be third time doing it. I'm also doing the 5k walk/ jog challenge which I enjoy.
Looking forward to making it to the end of the challenge!
