Hello, I am beginning my fitness journey, AGAIN!!!! lol, but this time with some new rules. I aspire to become a runner, but since I am a bit out of shape and don't want to hurt myself before I get started good, I figured this walking plan would do the trick. I am about to go through big changes in my career that will require me to travel a lot, but I know that no matter where I am, I can always walk, whether outside or on a treadmill. I am committed to the next five weeks to build my base to become a runner.
