There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results. When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. Hi, I am just starting out on this journey and am an infamous procrastinator! Since I need help with motivation, I joined spark to help me feel accountable to more than me. I like to knit and crochet but am a beginner at both. I just completed my first ever blanket for my niece. I have been a vegetarian for a fairly long time, more than half my life, and enjoy some of the health benefits of being one. I just started power 90 from beach body and after three days feel like it is definitely working my muscles and my mind. I am trying to lose weight to help out my joints and build muscle for me.
