I'm going to try this training program again. This is my 3rd time on week 2 ! lol First time I got a bad sinus infection and had to take a week off, then the belt on my treadmill went. I replaced that, what an experience!
So here I again. Spring & Easter are about new beginings, right? Happy Easter everyone.

There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results. When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal.
