You are doing great. It has been four weeks and I haven't lost an oz. I have been logging up the active part. Gardening, swimming, and walking. I like to cook, and my Hubby needs to eat. I will try to do better.

There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

Missed the opportunity to finish this the last time. Restarting. The beginning should be a whole lot easier this time around. Now that I know the program, somewhat-I should be able to follow it to the fullest. I wish you all success on this journey. emoticon
