You are doing great. It has been four weeks and I haven't lost an oz. I have been logging up the active part. Gardening, swimming, and walking. I like to cook, and my Hubby needs to eat. I will try to do better.
Do what you gotta do to get it done!
Getting started is only part of the journey, the rest is never giving up, no matter what!!! -JH
The five keys to success are Passion, Perseverance, Balance, Giving back, and Faith.
“There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.”
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
Missed the opportunity to finish this the last time. Restarting. The beginning should be a whole lot easier this time around. Now that I know the program, somewhat-I should be able to follow it to the fullest. I wish you all success on this journey.
Slow and steady
