That's great ladies. I am still having issues with my right side that making it hard for me to do my zumba right now. I think it is from my gallbladder and gallstones. So I haven't been doing any zumba lately. I have just been concentrating on walking since it doesn't seem to bother me. All my best to you all always.

I can relate to what you're going through - you definitely have to work your way up to doing an hour of Zumba, so don't feel bad if you can only do a few songs to start with. I find that I really have to use my calf muscles for Zumba because of the twists and turns you have to do. So if you're not used to using those muscles, they will get fatigued pretty fast at the beginning. Just do what you can, and after about a month, you will notice your body getting stronger, and you'll be able to add on more time/songs.
I had lost 30 pounds from just doing Zumba in 2011, but ended up gaining it back after being job transferred in 2012. My schedule after the job transfer got so hectic, and I just didn't handle the changes well at all. So I'm starting over, with my friend Zumba and am going to do ever better this year!

Seen your post and wanted to see how you were doing with Zumba Fitness 2? It's one of my favorites, although I LOVE the new Zumba Fitness core game! As a team lead, I'm thinking of adding a goal for us to do at least one hour of Zumba on our game systems a day! I think that something easy to shoot for...what do you think?!
Oh, and as for tips or tricks...the best thing to do is put it in writing. If you schedule you're workout time, it's easier to stick with it!

My Fiance bought me the Wii and Zumba Fitness 2 for it! I am so excited! I just started Sparkpeople about a week ago and I am so happy that i can start working out at home. However I am so out of shape that i tried it today for only one song and my legs hurt! I will definitely have to work up to being able to Zumba for an hour. I would like to do Zumba for an hour everyday if i can. Anyone think that is to much? Have any of you had success with Zumba 2 and losing weight? Any tips or tricks? Thank
