Found out last year when I sprained my ACL that I have it bad in my knees. Back in 1996 I had an arthritis debridgement done on one of my knees...made it better but still to this day can't bend down on my knees ....was taking just over counter arthritis pills up to 2 months ago. What is helping is the fact that I have started to exercise with my "chair gym" and I ride my exercise bike...one for 25 min and the other for 10 min...one thing I have noticed that since I quit eating bags and bags of "salt"....meaning potato chips and the spicy noodle packages I used to eat every single day ...it is getting somewhat better. I find myself drinking a lot more water these days..3 to 4 bottles (500ml) a day. With the exercise it has helped....especially with my job...I am on my feet for 8 hours a day..(1/2 hr lunch..two 1/2 hr breaks) doing food prep for 175 residence...(dietary cook)...so believe me I am grateful for the relief of not having to take pills everyday.....its a process...but I find it working for me...I am happy to be part of this team.... emoticon
