I like to swim for exercise. I also found a deep water aerobics class that helps me move my joints well. I use an elliptical trainer to get all muscles of the legs moved with low impact to my knees and ankle. I have a spin bike at home for days when I do not go to the gym.

My arthritis has surely slowed me down, and when I had recent knee surgery the surgeon found considerable arthritis in my joints making recovery even more difficult. It has been 10 months since my injury and 7 months since my surgery and I am still in much pain. Using the swimming pool to exercise! And using my new Tracker to monitor the steps!
