Thank you for the welcome.... so happy to be here !! I am not the healthiest eater, so I am sure I eat some foods that are not good for the inflammation. I am planning on working on that with planning my foods to start losing weight. As far as the exercising --- I am pretty faithful. No matter how much I hurt, I know I have to keep moving. I WILL check out the chair exercises, because I haven't done this before !! Thank you !!

Welcome! Well, losing the weight will help, but of course that will take some time. Some foods can cause inflammation and pain, check out some of the food articles and things here, they might help you alot. There are also some exercises you can do from a chair or low impact when you have pain.

Hi All !! I am 57 years old, and there are days I feel like I am 100 !! I am so tired of aching and being in pain --- that's why I'm here. I know you all are going through the same as I am, and its no fun !! I have learned there are over 100 different forms of arthritis.I have been diagnosed with Polymyalgia rheumatica, chondrocalcinosis, fibromyalgia, and now erythromelalgia, and of course Osteoarthritis.I am so glad that I found this site. I will have to take time to go through and check out the exercises, and I am planning on losing 20 pounds !! Wish me luck !!
