LISA I DON'T KNOW IF THIS WOULD DO ANY GOOD. WHEN I HAD INJURED MY ELBOW FROM A FALL THE DOCTOR GAVE ME CORTIZONE SHOTS THAT ONLY LASTED 4 MONTHS AT A TIME. I WAS GOING TO SEE MY CHIROPRACTOR AT THE TIME FOR MY BACK AND KNEES AND HE GRABBED MY ELBOW AND I ALMOST JUMPED OFF THE TABLE, HE FIDDLED WITH MY ELBOW FOR A FEW MINUTES AND IT HASN'T BOTHERED ME IN OVER 10 YEARS. HE FIXED MY HEEL SPURR THAT WAS SO BAD I COULDN'T WALK ON THE FOOT, I HAVEN'T HAD ANYMORE PROBLEMS WITH IT EITHER. JUST A THOUGHT.
I WILL SUCCEED BECAUSE I KNOW I CAN DO IT AND I AM MOTIVATED.

LisaJo2013, I'm glad you joined our team. Pain is a major challenge. I try to keep moving. On bad pain days, I search for hot water (bath or hand wash dishes). I still want to keep exercising. I have several routines for flexibility and agility that I do. I am modifying my golf game as well.
