I actually joined a water fitness class at the local YMCA and it is really helping my arthritis pain. I sure know it when I quit going to the gym after a few days. The class is a blast and I have met some really nice people there. Maybe something like that would be beneficial for you, too, JoseB40.

I have been with WW for 10 years and lost 65 lbs and felt good but got cocky with the program and gained it back a little at a time. You know, I will do better tomorrow syndrome. I've lost 55 pound on Jenny Craig and over Christmas to date have gained back 10. I am really struggling with these 10 pounds. It is hard to exercise when you are full of arthritis! I really could use some motivation.
I'm 72 years young, divorced, one son, daughter-in-law and 3 grandchildren.
I'm still working because the weekend is boring and that's when I graze!!!!
