Before my doc told me not too I was doing the Biggest Loser video - I went on to the main spark pages and asked one of the coaches - they told me how to track it. If you can't find it - you might need to ask.

I found Tai Chi under the cardio section click add cardio . It is not really cardio so does not make sense. It is listed under other activities when you browse. Hope that helps that is what I used when I was taking Tai Chi

Due to very bad knees I do not feel that I can do the cardio, but I take Tai Chi classes 2 x a week and cannot find a way to enter that on the fitness page. Does anybody have any suggestions. The help tab was useless.
