Welcome to the team! Use the nutrition tracker to track your food intake and see how many calories you are eating in the day. With the nutrition tracker, you can use the menu that they give you or you can design your own menu. The nutrition tracker works to accommodate you. Use the fitness tracker to track your fitness and see how many calories you are burning for the day. Remember this is not a diet but a life style change. Take it slow, baby steps. Trying changing one thing at a time. Set small goals and reward yourself for them. For instance, if you lose 10 pounds, reward yourself with a manicure. These little things help to keep you motivated. You can do this.

There are many ways that you can use this site. Obviously, the goal is to lose weight, with support from your friends at Spark. You can join any or all of the sites - look at the teams and join one or more that meet your criteria. Many of the sites have puzzles and games which some of us do daily, just for fun. There are logs to log your steps, and to log your weight loss, or almost anything you can think of. ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS LOOSE 1 POUND IN A WEEK AND BE PROUD OF YOURSELF FOR DOING IT. you can do it just have faith in yourself and rejoice when you do it. I just finished the 1lb in one week chaaallenge and I lost 2,8 lbs WOOT WOOT YES
