1st you are not in this alone! We are all here to help each other out. But we do need to know exactly what you need help with.
You just need to slow down and take baby steps in this journey. Try doing one thing at a time until this becomes a habit then go on to try and do something else. Before long you will have built up to a pint that it all becomes a habit. We all have different things we have trouble with and we have learned to adjust to those days and work around them. But there is bad days and we come here for the support and the knowladge that we are not alone.
We're in this together, even though our arthritises and effects may be different. Well done you for realising that you need help - and for being able to ask! That is a big thing.
What exactly do you need help with? Folk here can help with support, encouragement, advice, as a team. Or even just being here to hear your vent, cry, questions. Once we know what kind of help you need, I'm sure you'll get loads more support, maybe even find a buddy or 3!
