I'm with you Button. ..And I really like your hairstyle. Severe Arthritis since my 40's. Its hard to stand longer than 15 minutes and hard to sit too long too. Which came first...Arthritis or the Weight. It is so hard to exercise without overdoing it and ending up an invalid the next day. So much for my excuses. I am looking forward to learning from the success stories here and we can all get better together.
Don't get discouraged, Button. I broke my foot four years ago and was in a wheelchair for weeks. I was able to lose 10 lbs., so it is possible. Spark is a wonderful resource and makes losing weight easier. Your joints will feel better when you lose weight. Good luck to you....

Helloooo! New here, arthritis sufferer since my early 20's. Now in my 40's and I feel like it is a real barrier to weight loss and daily activities. But, I will not lose hope and I keep at it, one day at a time.
