Hi lady! Are you able to walk? I love walking whenever I can but when my RA was at it's worst I did water aerobics, which was something I could handle and it actually made me feel better! I also found a great chair aerobics dvd that helped me out a bunch. Go to the main arthritis website and they might have it there. http://www.arthritis.org/

Hi everyone. I am 27 years old and I was recently diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. I have problems with my knees and elbows and have been finding it difficult to get in my workouts lately because of the pain. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Long Term Goals: To fit in my size 10's and run in a 5k
