Slow is the way to go! Losing fast may give you a great feeling but more than likely it will come right back as you have nnot learned the right way to eat. Once you have learned what to eat the weight will come off. Track everything! Start exercising! Maybe just a short walk, maybe some strength exercises but start slow and work your way up. Before long you will find that you like to exercise because you see a "new" you coming out!
