New to this team though been at SP for a while now. I have about 9kg to lose and SP, walking and a low carb diet is slowly getting me there. :)
I live in the city, and as my fitness routine walk to work daily, 5 days a week. I take the corniche route so that I have a choice to make my walk/jog anywhere between 5k to 10k depending on my energy, goal for the month etc. My current distance is 10k per day for the next 2 weeks, as I have a bit of catching up to do to reach my goal of 150k this month. :)
Anyone else on here working out at the corniche in the mornings?

Working up in increments & training for
-my next 10K in Nov,
-then a HM in Dec,
-a FM in Jan
-a 72K in Feb.
Aiming to complete within the cut off time.
