Hi Laura. It sounds like you need to change up your routine. I see you're saying you love food and hate exercise. OK, let's figure out what you like to do. Do you like to dance? If so that is great exercise. Get some dance music ( whatever you like) and spend 10 mins dancing, then up it to 15, etc etc. Before you know it, voila' the pounds start to disappear.
Make sure you're getting enough water, especially in the heat we've been having. Loving food isn't necessarily a bad thing.You just have to learn to be moderate in what and how much you eat.
What can I do to help you? You live in Denham Springs, do you like to go tubing? Even that can be exercise. Make your exercise something fun, that way you will want to do it, not think of it as a chore that has to be done.
