My husband had diabetes and now he had a bad cold. Here is my low carb chicken soup.
6 chicken legs boiled and deboned 1 can French style green beans 1 can rotel 1/5 onions 3 cloves garlic 1/5 bell pepper 1 stalk celery fresh parsley fresh celronto 2 cups chicken sock 2 cups of vegetable stock
boil chicken and strain and debone,, saving stock. Puree peppers onions, garlic ,celery ,parsley, celronto and back to pot. Add vegetable stock, simmer 15 minutes and serve
