I knew you would enjoy the challenge @AAEEFDCA

Mainly I try to have challenges from the main 3 groups: nutrition, fitness, weight loss.

TOPS2KOPSVILLE the conversion idea is a good one i think that will perfect for the 5K count your steps challenge!

21 Day challenge will continue we will resend the rules out to everyone incase they would like to join.

Im also thinking about doing the Spark calendar 30 Days to More Fruits & Veggies challenge on our team....fun and easy

Also our annual holiday challenge "Hold the Stuffing" will begin in November thru January and it fun!

Ok. I will also try to figure out ways for those that don't have or can't buy a pedometer at the moment. If some have smart phones (blackberry, iphone, galaxy, etc.) there are apps that can be downloaded to track steps; for example Pedometer FREE (iphone). But if everyone can't get apps or a pedometer we may can try tracking miles or time instead.

Well, that would be tricky, unless they want to count all their steps along the way. Pretty impossible, right?
If members have a pedometer and want to participate, they will enroll. If they don't have one, but want to participate, they would need to get one. You can buy one for about $10 at almost any drug or department store, or places like Big Lots, & Walmart.
I can look some up and put together a list of suggestions or locations, with pricing, if you want. But I can't do it today I have a killer work day ahead of me.

OK?

How about a 5K a day challenge?

Not running, or walking 5k each day, but just walking 5,000 steps a day.

Participants would need a pedometer, and remember to wear it all day, but it can be fun and very motivating to watch the steps and the distance you cover each day add up!

Just a thought!

Each minutes of cardio will be equal to 1miles. For example 10min of cardio equal 10miles towards our flight to Japan lol

Lol Yes!! That would be more of a challenge. Like go from country to country. For example the miles from U.S. to Japan, then Japan to Hawaii or something like that :)

Kel,

Great idea, but maybe we can do something like fly across the country. That way we can turn any form of aerobic fitness into mileage?

Maybe we could do something like "walk across the country" where everyone adds their mileage daily, accumulatively. It may be fun to see how far we get.

Key,

Maybe a new picture of a heart (Isn't february heart month?) or maybe a team saying. Also maybe we can post before and after pictures (reason I mention that is I just found a before picture of me that shows me at my heaviest).

Maybe also some slimmed down romantic recipes for the 14th.

Live and learn and then get luvs

weight goals-to maintain both sanity and weight of 139 or below.
