Hello there since i joined in on challenges i lost a few pounds. I started over Aug 3 2011 Wed I was 167 i weighed myself today Friday Aug 12 2011 I weigh 165. I lost 2 pounds so far. I was power walking for 1 hour now i added in jogging to my workout.Working on losing more weight.
