Hi, I'm Vicki. I live in Titusville, Fl. I'm 55 years old and about 80 lbs over weight. I've been trying for over a year to get my weight down and all I've done is yo-yo back and forth. So I've started a lower carb plan like I did back in the 80's ( I lost 105 lbs in 13 months and kept it off for 18 years), and I'm hoping to get the weight back off over the course of the next 2 years. I'm not nearly as active as I used to be so I know the weight won't come off as fast as it did back then. Plus I've gone into full menopause so my body tends to have a mind of it's own. I lose motivation easily so I'm hoping the team will help keep me motivated to stay on track. Thanks for having me.
