Wow sounds like you caught the Tri bug...I hope to one day upgrade as well. For now doing it is my goal. It's week 4 now and I'm doing pretty well.. Today I jogged 16 minutes non stop a first EVER for me.. I am so proud. I know the cold can be very unforgiving but hey, if you have endurance to finish 2 a Tri's in the first place you'll make it through the cold.:)
Wello hello # 3 member! Good for you for getting out there and going for it! I'll introduce myself too. I'm a recent post grad and while my life is on hold looking for jobs and applying to grad school i think its a perfect time to get back into my post college shape. I've completed two spring triathalons and i'm looking to upgrade to some longer and more challenging ones. I hope to keep motivated because in the winter that is when it gets hardest!
Well looks like I'm team member #3. Well I weigh 310 lbs, been on the journey for quite some time now. I have decided to do my own "1 woman indoor triathlon". This is week one for me of "intitiation training" to be followed with 15 weeks of "base training" and 4 weeks of "race simulation training" and 1 week of "tapering". My goal triathlon date is 4-10-11. The road seems tough but I'm up for it. So far so good
