Hi all,
I just finished the Couch to 5K program yesterday and was so happy with it. I really feel like I do better jogging if I have a goal and a "coach" coaching me on with on. I'm looking forward to starting the B210K program tomorrow!

I really like the B210K program - I've actually done it twice and will probably do it a third time! I tend to get sick and backslide in the winter. I end up at the 3 mile distance again!

I hope you will post in the weekly updates and maybe it will inspire me to get out there and join you!!

I just joined this team today. I have done a lot of 5K's. I have never been able to run one all the way though. Just finished the Couch to 5K program on my treadmill a few weeks ago. Hoping to start training for the next step which is the 10K.
Going to be starting the program today.
