Oh my gosh, the kitties are so adorable. :) Usually, if I have a bad day where I just do NOT want to work out for whatever reason, I force myself to get up and at least do twenty or thirty minutes of games with my kitty. Usually it's enough to get me in the mood to do a tougher work out. (Sometimes you just gotta get the blood going a bit.) I admit that most of the cardio on Your Shape is just too difficult for me (I have a few medical issues that make working out a challenge), but I love it for the toning and tai chi exercises! I'm hoping to work my way up to some more difficult exercises in Your Shape, but I'm not in a rush. :)
