HI my name is Heather and I just joined SP today thanks to a friend who gave me the info. I am looking to lose weight big time. As a teenager I was sort of fit....5'6" at 130 lbs. When I turned 19 I got married and found out a was pregnant shortly after. I was on bed rest my entire pregnancy due to complications and I ended up gaining over 134 lbs. After the baby was born I tried to get the weight off, but 6 months later I found out I was pregnant again. With this pregnancy I only gained 10 pounds. After my second daughter was born I tried diets exercise plans, etc. Nothing seemed to happen so I would give up. In 2007 I found out I was pregnant again and 7 months later gave birth to a son. I actually lost weight during his pregnancy because I was never hungry and when I did eat it would come back up.
So here I am in 2012 weighing 205lbs. I am aiming to be 135lbs by September of 2013. I recently bought the XBOX and Kinect with a few games:

Tiger Woods 13
Adventures (Came with it)
I have tried to create a workout to these games but after 2 months of exercising or playing for 2 hours 5 days a week I was actually gaining weight and not losing.
I am hoping that joining this group I can get advise and start to see progress. My family income is very poor so we can not afford to buy more games except when income tax comes round each year so I need to figure out how to make the ones I owe work.
I may not have the money or the equipment, but my determination will help me reach my goals.
