I got my kinect about a week ago. I wasn't sure if I would like it but I totally LOVE it! I have Your Shape Fitness Evolved 2012. It's a great workout and it keeps me motivated to keep playing. I think my boyfriend is even getting the bug to play. I also have the free ones that came with it... fruit ninja and adventure something... I don't play those very often so far. I love being able to do a workout in my living room and so far no complaints from the people living in the apartment below me but I'm sure that is coming lol.

I just love the Kinect! And this is a great team! I use those little round sliders that you put under furniture to move them. Really makes rearranging the living room fast and easy for me! Don't know if that would help you? Enjoy your Kinect and let us know which games you enjoy.

Welcome to the team!!!!
Kinect has changed my life by helping me to stay active through surgery recovery. It is truly amazing. I hope you come to love it too.
Have a great day!!!

Hi! I've been on SparkPeople for a little over a month now. I have had a Wii for a few years, but the Kinect just looked easier to play from the reviews. I'm working with a small space for it, but it seems to work if I push enough furniture out of the way. I got the bundle that had the Adventure game and the Just Dance 3. I ordered the Your Shape Fitness 2012 and that should be here before my birthday. It looks fun also. I've been playing video games since I was a teen (as far back as Atari) so this was the next logical step to getting my behind off the couch while I'm playing games.
Hopefully this new system will help keep my weight loss going. It'll certainly help on those days that I don't want to go outside to the park in my backyard because of the weather.
An excuse is just a challenge to figure out how to do something different.
