Hi my name is Vicky and Im a 38 yr old Mother of 2. We got an Xbox and Kinect for Xmas. Looking for ways to incorporate it in to my workouts. Im limited to what I can do because I have a bad knee so lots of cardio like running are out for me. Walking can even be tough. I can do bike and elliptical but looking for new options.
These are the games I have for Kinect so far...
Kinect Sports (1st one)
The only one Ive toyed with a bit is the sports one. Ive done the bowling, boxing, and the table tennis.
Would love to hear advice on how I can use it for workouts and good game recommendations!
