Using that site I get around 450 cals which seems way too high. so...
I decided that roughly 10 cals a minute is probably about right if I base this on similar heart and sweating rates (yuck - I know) in the gym and what those machines tell me. So - for 30 mins - lets say 300 cals.
Does this sound about right? Certainly the stiffness I got now would indicate this;)

I added each of my kinect games under favorites in the fitness tracker. Then I enter the calories manually.
I use the calories from the game or just estimate based on what type of exercise I did. YSFE12 shows calories burned for each activity or workout, but I keep moving between each activity and so add some extra calories. I also list it all as cardio and I know that's not accurate, since there are strength/toning workouts in YSFE12. Or you can look thru the SP list of activities and find a similar activity and get the calorie estimate from that. But there is so much variety in some of the games, it is hard to figure. It gets a bit confusing? Some people use a HRM that shows calories burned.
Maybe someday, SP could work up a list of Kinect games/calories like they did with some of the Wii games.
For now, I just estimate and enter manually. I have decided to be more concerned with getting in the time exercising and mixing it up with the variety of exercises. But it does sometimes feel "incomplete" when I am trying to enter the info into my fitness tracker.
Anyone else have suggestions?
Have fun! And Welcome to the team!

Hi Welcome to the team! You can put your fitness minutes under quick track fitness minutes unless you can track your calories (which I love b/c it is possible on some of the games & like to know exactly how many calories I've burnt) then you can track your minutes & calories burnt manually under add cardio.

New to this team and most of Spark really but thats ok - we were all new once:)
Just got a Kinect (officially for the kids (right)) and got the Yourshape Fitness Evolved 2012 game along with the Adventures and Just Dance 3 (not for me - honest). Funnily enough - as I type this - my daughter is busy getting out of breath dancing to something or other;)
After doing some of the workouts and things from Fitness Evolved I have to say I was sweating and out of breath - not that I'm super unfit - it was just plain old hard work...
Now - has anyone any ideas on how to enter doing this on the exercise tracker page?
Also - what other titles are really good? Probably I stick with Fitness Evolved for a good while (get some return on investment) but of course - as a reward for being a good boy :)
