I also got EA Sports Active (with the arm band to measure my heart rate and a resistance band). I used it yesterday on their pre-programmed routine and burned 156.6 calories in 20 minutes. I made my own routine today and burned 203.3! I really like that program. DC is fun, I played with it some today too. Not sure how many calories I burned, but I had fun looking goofy and trying to dance!!

You will definitely have fun with the Kinect. It is such a great way to exercise and have fun at the same time! There are a lot of Kinect games out there now. Play around with the ones you have and go through the game reviews here on the team forum. I have learned so much from everyone here. I know you will find lots of support here also. Again-Welcome!

I'm new to this team - My name is Amanda and I'm getting married on Dec. 27th. I just bought my dress and it fits perfectly, so I don't want to really lose any weight (maybe 5-10 lbs wouldn't hurt) until after the wedding. I'm going to plug in the Kinect and give it a try today. I've bought the old Fitness Evolved, Dance Central, and Zumba. What do you guys think of the different programs? I'm going to give them each a try and see what happens. If nothing else, at least I'll have a little fun, right?
