@Lifeandall suggested I should stop by here since I have been tweeting my Fitness Evolved experience in Loosing Weight and claiming back my old jeans. I kicked off the Kinect based excercise ( I was doing little else in the way of keeping fit ) back in April when I could see my 38" waist was going to head to 40" if I didnt get back in control.
I started light with Fitness evolved and aimed for about 100 calories a day and no more than 30 mins of work out in the morning. by the end of May I was kicking around 200 calories and and managing an hour ( 30 mins in the morning and then again in the evening ) . by June I stopped in to weight myself ( 14stone 6lbs appx 95 kilo ) and my waist was still 38" but I could feel the energy levels coming back. By August I noticed my shorts and trousers were needing new belts and a quick check proved that I was down to 36" waistline on the trousers and my weight had dropped significantly. To the point I was around 13stone 8lbs . By then I was hitting near 300 to 400 calories a day and fixing on an hour of workout eachday. By the end of August I had used up most of all the routines on Fitness evolved but I still had many of the advanced levels to run so I added in UFC Trainer. Now that broke me again as the workouts move from various Cardio to Muscle and strength and its been 20 days into the 30 day challenge when I can finally manage pushups (10 of ) . I now use fitness evolved to supplement UFC and keep the cardio and toning work going on. My goal is to hit 80kilos by December and my reward will be fitness evolved 2012 ? well okay how about an ipad ?
