I think it's great maybe it would encourage more introductions

I've joined other teams and they have new threads for new members and it works really well.

Hi all, I took off the sticky on introduce yourself here. I'm thinking let each new member create their own thread. Mainly sometimes the "introduce yourself" thread gets overlooked. For those members that recently joined and created a thread, they seem to get more attention that way. What do you all think? Bad idea, good idea? Any other suggestions to make folks feel welcomed?
