The on-ramp class will be good for you, it will give you the basics without throwing you to the wolves (the regular WODS). A 12 WOD on ramp is very long which means your box is really putting energy into getting people ready for the WODs, that is a great sign. It is going to be exhausting, as I am sure you have already found out at this point, but your body will acclimate and you will get stronger.

The hubs and I just got a group on for 12 on-ramp classes. We can't start until January and I am very excited. I am also very nervous! I had been jogging and doing cardio, but my fitness routine has fallen by the way side since November because of getting ready for a big move and, of course, the holidays. I know this program is going to kick my butt! Advice and support welcome!
