I noticed your post was from 2012. Are you still doing CrossFit and have you made any progress?
I was diagnosed almost 14 years ago and CrossFit is the only thing that has helped me lose weight. However, in the past few months, I've noticed some definition in muscle BUT the scale isn't moving nor is the fat going away.
Just trying to figure out how to get over this hump or if I should have something specific checked. My doctor wants me to try Metformin
I started CF back in sept as a way to deal with the stress of my divorce. I havent lost anything according to the scale, but that was chucked out the window a long time ago. As long as Im getting stronger I could care less about the number.
I have had PCOS for 4 years so I dont lose weight as fast as other people.
Does anyone else have PCOS and crossfits?
