For the past 6 months, I have been lurking around CF, but have been afraid to try it. Every time I thought about it, I also thought "I can't do that." Well, yesterday I was checking out the site a little deeper and I thought "I CAN do this!" Of course, I need to scale things and am going to be working at it for a long time before I can do anything as posted (rx, I guess is proper to say), but it is always best to have a goal. :)
At this point in time, I am only going to be doing the WODs and then only the ones for which I have the equipment. Most often, I will be a day behind, due to my third-shift work schedule, primarily. Today I did "Dianne" which was listed on the CF site for yesterday. I will be adding this in to my desire to get the C25K program finished (this will be the third time I have started it!!). Over time, I will add more CF into my workouts.
Today was the first day in a long time that I came home from work actually excited to get my butt kicked! I look forward to working out with all of you and getting to know CF better. :)
