Yes, tracking is key! Because you don't repeat workouts too often, it's easy to get discouraged b/c you don't know where you were compared to a week ago, etc. because you're always doing something different.

I also measure myself as a guage of where I am because I'm putting on muscle, so that scale doesn't budge as much as it should!

Live each day "as if" you were the person you REALLY want to be, then someday you will actually BE that person...

Welcome to CF! It quickly becomes very addictive!

Just give it your best effort. I oftentimes am the last to finish and have fewer rounds than others - but I give it my all and I finish.

Well, I made it through my first workout and boy am I sore today! Everyone else did more "rounds" of the exercises than I did, but to my credit I kept going and didn't give up....
