Yes, tracking is key! Because you don't repeat workouts too often, it's easy to get discouraged b/c you don't know where you were compared to a week ago, etc. because you're always doing something different.
I also measure myself as a guage of where I am because I'm putting on muscle, so that scale doesn't budge as much as it should!
