Hi Everyone! I have been on SP awhile off and on.. I'm back ON and I'm looking to start crossfit soon! I really really need to since I signed up to do Rugged Maniac in Richmond on my birthday weekend in May and that's only 3.5 months away!!! I am not even able to run right now LOL.. But a lot can happen in 3 months. Looking forward to chatting with you all!

HI! I just joined this team today and noticed the lack of activity as well. But your post gives me hope! I am just starting CF, too. I went to weekly free classes off and on since October and was finally able to join a gym a couple of weeks ago. Maybe we can help keep eachother on track.

Hello? Hello? (Do I hear an echo in here?) I don't see a lot of activity but hopefully I'm not talking to myself here.
I've just restarted Spark and just started CF. I finished my on-ramp training today. This time around on Spark I'm focusing more on losing inches and pant sizes and gain muscle then the number on the scale. I'm 29 and would love more (any) Sparkfriends. I like having people to help hold me accountable and to share struggles and accomplishments with.
