Welcome. You're going to love CrossFit! I've found it the most dynamic method for getting fit. I have a serious issue with doing the same thing each time I go to the gym. CrossFit turned out to be a perfect match for my workout style. If offers variety, group encouragement and enough competition to get me through each workout. I always feel like I've accomplished more than I could on my own and pushed myself to do things I never thought I could.

Hey I'm Nicole, I am 28 and live in Seattle. In June I started a 1 Year Challenge with my BFF to take the weight off and keep it off, to do so I have started training for the Rock-N-Roll Marathon next June (running a 5k, 10k and half leading up to it), my half is next month. I am 4 months and 46+ lbs down and I have just discovered Crossfit! I joined a studio that just opened in Seattle (Crossfit North Seattle) and they are kicking my butt! I love it!
