So I got it last night, I couldn't register it, jumped through hoops and finally got it working like twenty seconds before I left to hit up the box. I quick slapped it on and ran out the door. I arrived at crossfit at around 11, I wore the bugg the whole WOD.

Now because of my shoulder I didn't do 75%, I did 155lbs, taking it easy to avoid pain. I did my pull ups on the ring, and the push ups on my knees (again to avoid further injury). I warmed up with 1000 meter row, and then the workout started a few minutes later. For my fifteen minute workout (more like 20 with the warm up) I burned 389 calories. (WOOT WOOT!) But over the next two hours my metabolic rate kept racing and even at rest I was burning a good amount of calories. It is now three, and my resting rate has returned to normal. Between 11 and 2 I burned a total of 779 calories, but after 12, I was pretty much at rest. I find that astonishing, and inspiring. Yay!
