I just started Crossfit workouts about three months ago and love it! A big thank you to my new trainer who got me interested in Crossfit. I think this is what I have been looking for all along and just didn't know it.
I have a decent base of strength to work with, but I still have to scale down some of the workouts. However, that's okay - gives me goals to work towards.
Look forward to learning a lot and gaining inspiration from others on the team.
