Hello and Welcome Jeannie. ....... Nice to have you join us. I am also a fairly new Caregiver of my DH, as he fell in January and broke his hip. when he fell he must have hit his head on the concrete as his memory after the accident was kind of jumbled. This past week though he is doing much better with his memory. So in some respects I can relate to your situation. Think you will find this group willing and eager to help you out with any problems or questions you may have. Feel free to use us as a sounding board if you need to. Stay Positive and may God be with you.

My fiancee Jim had a stroke a month ago & I am his only caregiver. I love him so much & it breaks my heart to see my very active darling in his current condition. He has no one but me & I make sure he never sees me upset or frustrated because, he has enough on his mind without thinking that he is a burden to me! I see little improvements each day but he has a long way to go.....right now we are learning a new normal. I'm glad to find this group
