Just want to say, for all you V8 juice lovers, Bolthouse brand is far superior to V8... personally I hate v8 juice but one sip of the Bolthouse and you will never go back. It is organic, and the taste, it is like you made it yourself... mmmmm!!!
I too have a Jack LaLane juicer and I LOVE IT! I put it away for a while but it is out again since I have had to find some way to change some eating habits I have that are not all that good. I seem to be making some food choices that are not the best for me, and found this out through another website that allows you to see the nutrient value of every food you log. I also learned I was low on lots of vitamins and minerals and really thought I was eating pretty healthy. Whole foods, nothing with preservatives, mostly chicken, turkey and fish... not much beef or red meat. So, I googled juicer recipes made up a few of my own and the nutrient content is off the charts for me. I use a lot of Kale, carrot, sweeten with apple or pear, sometimes watermelon... make just fruit juices and do smoothies with frozen mango, raspeberries, blackberries, strawberries, or peaches... usually this is my nighttime treat. Back in the swing of things and lovin it!
Hello, everyone! I don't juice, but I love V8 and smoothies. I have to buy them. I would like to learn how to make things with the blender in the future. Right now, I'm focusing on reducing the amount of sodium in my vegetables. Like avoiding canned vegetables, in favor of frozen or fresh. You still have to read the labels though, some companies put their frozen vegetables in salt water.
I bought a Jack LaLanne juicer after watching a late night infomercial. I haven't used it in a while but I'd like to find some good recipes for healthy juice mixes and soups. Looking forward to sharing some recipes! Anything to get more fruits and veggies in my diet.
Hello I am Sandy and I live in Apple Valley,Ca with my husband and our six kids. I also I an 18yrs.old who in college. I love veggies and I try to have veggies in the morning with my eggs.Plus I have a chef salad for lunch and for dinner I have them on the side.So as you can tell I love veggies. I don't have a juice maker nor do I know how to make any juice blend. My focus is to lose weight and get healthy and fit. I am 43yrs.old and I need to lose about 80 pounds. Right now I am trying to get my snacking under control cause it's a big problem. I am happy to join your team cause I need all the support I can get....

I am Emily from WV, originally from Maryland. We bought a Healthmaster Emulsifier last week and have been using it every day since. From "V8" to tomato soup to fruit juice blend, everything is great and no waste plus easy clean up. We have it for 30 days before deciding to keep it and if it continues to work I know we will. Pretty loud, but I don't mind. I'm 60, overweight, diabetic, asthmatic and have arthritis. Eating healthy and losing weight are my goals.

I bought a blender and looking for help and recipes with vegtables ideas as i need to at every day vegteables want to make it intresting need to weigh every day same amount of vegtables so i like to adjust i have sixteen oz cooked 16 oz raw I dont really like raw vegtabls in salad so thought of juicing.
