Hi there. You can stop by my page any time you need support. Feel free to add me as a Spark friend, too. I joined SP on January 1 and am less than 10 pounds from my goal. The SP community and the friends I have made here have really helped keep me focused and on track, and have been there to support me when my motivation waned.
Consider joining an active team with similar interests or goals. Read member blogs and leave comments. The more involved you are in the SP community, the more motivated and supported you will feel. At least it's been that way for me.
Good luck on your journey! You can do this. Do not worry about tomorrow, do not think about yesterday, just make healthy choices today, because every healthy choice counts. It does not have to be all-or-nothing.

Okay...I am here once again and trying not to be intimidated by this site and how to navigate around it. I am in desperate need of supporting persons who are working to reach their goals. I want to be successful this go round and I would like to meet people who are struggling with the overwhelming task of losing weight. Can anyone give me suggestions on how to get more support from this site and how to link up with persons who will be supportive?
