Good Morning! I have joined your site for awhile now, because I truly believe in eating whole foods and the consequences of processed.
I was just an observer, but my yearly lab tests are back and show that I need to do more than observe and support. I need to be active. So I am introducing myself with a need to eat a recommended high lean protein diet, low in fat, low in sugar, low acid producing foods, and lower in calories which can only be done, I think, by eating whole foods.
Welcome all suggestions and comments for eating better and losing weight. Kay
