Good Morning! I have joined your site for awhile now, because I truly believe in eating whole foods and the consequences of processed.
I was just an observer, but my yearly lab tests are back and show that I need to do more than observe and support. I need to be active. So I am introducing myself with a need to eat a recommended high lean protein diet, low in fat, low in sugar, low acid producing foods, and lower in calories which can only be done, I think, by eating whole foods.
Welcome all suggestions and comments for eating better and losing weight. Kay

Hello!
I have began a whole foods lifestyle and even started excluding meats and dairy. I am always looking for interesting new ways to promote my eating with my family! I hope to learn some new things here!

Hi all, I'm EOCrossfitMom and I just wanted to introduce myself before posting elsewhere. I love eating whole foods though I wish the whole fam loved it as much as I do and not just 2 of the other 9 family members. They still eat it, they just let me know they aren't fond of it lol - except the oldest boy and the oldest girl, of course, who actually complain it's not "healthy" *enough*
I'm back to being a student so I'm taking the summer vacation to get into a really good workout routine - next year is going to be a killer year academically, so I need to be in a solid routine that won't easily fall by the wayside. I do pretty well eating during the school year because I pack my snacks to take with me. I just need to get moving along with eating well :)
