That's one thing I really like about eating whole foods as a diet. Instead of being asked to give up delicious foods, I'm encouraged to ADD beautiful, flavorful things to my diet. I'm roasting some sweet potatoes right now!

Hello there everyone!
I was reading a blog from another member of this group and it got me more interested in hitting this goal harder. I've changed my eating habits 3 years ago by being introduced to herbalife. I do the shakes and small snacks and normal meals for lunch & dinner. We are encouraged to eat colorful meals which is whole food from God's earth. Today, instead of a shake, I made an omelet from egg whites, turkey bacon, orange pepper, mushrooms and onion, I want to get more into this team and whole food; I'm thirsty for knowledge so I'll be reading on, thank you!
