I have been making my bread as well. Just started to make my own yogurt, my oven has a bread proofing setting which is perfect for it. I also started to make cultured butter,yum. I strain the yogurt to make it greek consistency. The whey goes int the homemade bread to add protein and calcium. I have never tried crackers though. Recipie?

Hi all! I am super excited about this team. I am an avid whole food eater. I don't eat much food that comes from a box except pasta. I make my own crackers and bread. Much more cost effective and I can control what goes in.
