There is an article on sparks about controlling and getting rid of excess sugar from the diet. I can't remember where, maybe someone else can lead you to it. Or you can check the articles section for it.
I am trying to get rid of my cravings for sugar. I am a vegetarian and have a pretty good diet, but after my last baby, I have been eating more sugar than I normally do and need to just kick the sugar habit. I am doing a voice blog to track my daily progress on this website: http://www.gabbicat.com/shelbee#_=_ This has been a great motivator for me because I can talk about how I did each day and it keeps me motivated to stay on track since I post it all to Facebook where my friends and family can hear.
